In this privacy statement, we would like to provide you with more information about how we handle your personal data. You can trust that we treat your personal data with care, use no more data than necessary to provide our services, and secure your data properly. In other words, we fully comply with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the 'Neues Datenschutzgesetz' (revDSG).

What personal data do we process from you?

To provide our services, we require the following personal data:

We request only the personal data necessary to deliver our services. Without this information, we cannot provide our services. Therefore, it is important that you send us this data promptly and ensure its accuracy.

 

Rest assured, we do not create a profile of you with this personal data and we will never make automated decisions about you.

 

Why do we need your data and how long do we keep it?

We need your data to fulfill our agreement, which is to provide one of our services: the KonMari Tidying Up Service, the Serene Circle, the Serene Gift Set, or Feng Shui Services. Specifically, this means that we:

• need to be able to contact you;

• need to be able to create and send quotes;

• should be able to visit your house (if necessary for the service);

• need to be able to issue invoices.

 

Additionally, we may need your data to comply with legal obligations, such as filing tax returns. We retain this data for the duration of the agreement and for up to 7 years thereafter.

Permission

Should we want to use your data for other purposes, such as sending a newsletter or for promotional purposes, we will always ask for your explicit permission. You can revoke this permission at any time by sending an e-mail to Michelle@simplyserene.ch

We also ask your permission if we want to use your photos for social media or our website, for example. Of course, you can also withdraw this permission at any time via the above e-mail address.
